Product Description:

The Inductive Sensor is a proximity switch designed with a threaded barrel and construction size of M18 x 1. It is made of chrome-plated brass and has a 2-wire DC connection with a nominal voltage of 8.2 VDC. The output function is according to DIN EN 60947-5-6 (NAMUR) and has a cable connection. The sensor is approved for ATEX category II 1G, Ex zone 0 and ATEX category II 1D, Ex zone 20. It has a rated switching distance of 10mm and is designed for non-flush mounting. The switching frequency is 0.50 kHz and it comes with a 2.0m cable. The housing material is metal, CuZn, and chrome-plated. The sensor has an ambient temperature range of -25 to +70°C and protection class IP67. It is approved for SIL2 (Low Demand Mode) according to IEC 61508 and PL c according to ISO 13849-1 at HFT0 and SIL3 (All Demand Mode) according to IEC 61508 and PL e according to ISO 13849-1 with redundant configuration HFT1.
