-ZX Distance and Gesture Sensor is touchless and uses GestureSense® technology to recognize distance and location of objects
-Can detect objects up to 12 inches away (Z axis) and 6 inches across (X axis)
-Uses infrared beams of light from two LEDs to bounce off objects and return to receiver in the center
-Microcontroller on the back of the sensor interprets data
-Can communicate with microcontroller or computer via I2C or UART
-Capable of detecting simple gestures
-Pin outs clearly labeled and indicated for I2C or UART communication
