It can be used to measure surface temperatures in cooking, such as on grills or ovens, or in manufacturing to measure the temperature of machine parts or motors. The temperature range of this thermocouple is between -310°F to 932°F (-190°C to 500°C) and it comes with a 36-inch spiral-type cable.
