Product Description:
The proximity switch is a device designed for sensing the presence of objects near it. It features a threaded barrel with a size of M30 x 1.5 and is made of chrome-plated brass. It has a DC 2-wire output with a nominal voltage of 8.2 VDC and is capable of outputting according to the NAMUR standard (DIN EN 60947-5-6). The switch is connected via a cable and is approved for use in hazardous environments with ATEX category II 1G and II 1D certifications for Ex zones 0 and 20 respectively. It also has SIL2 (Low Demand Mode) and SIL3 (All Demand Mode) certifications according to IEC 61508 and ISO 13849-1 with redundant configuration HFT1.
